摘要

本案例总结院前-院内一体化救治模式下1例高血压脑出血患者的中西医结合急救护理经验。患者入院后启动急诊绿色通道，针对患者昏迷、气机逆乱的病机特点，在西医气道管理、降颅压、血压控制、低钾纠正及心电监护等急救措施的基础上，结合中医理论实施辨证施护，采用人中、涌泉穴穴位按摩进行辅助治疗。通过院前与院内的无缝衔接及中西医结合护理的综合应用，患者在1 h40 min内完成生命体征监测、气道管理及影像学检查等急救操作，生命体征趋于稳定，并顺利转运至上级医院接受进一步治疗。

Abstract

This case summarizes the experience of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine emergency nursing care for a patient with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage under the pre-hospital and in-hospital integrated treatment model. Following admission， the emergency green channel was activated. In response to the patient's coma and the pathological characteristics of disordered qi movement， traditional Chinese medicine nursing interventions based on syndrome differentiation， including acupoint massage at Renzhong and Yongquan， were implemented as adjunctive therapies alongside Western medicine emergency measures such as airway management， intracranial pressure reduction， blood pressure control， potassium correction， and electrocardiographic monitoring. Through seamless pre-hospital and in-hospital coordination and the comprehensive application of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing， emergency procedures including vital sign monitoring， airway management， and imaging examinations were completed within 1 hour and 40 minutes. The patient's vital signs stabilized， and the patient was successfully transferred to a superior hospital for further treatment.
