摘要

本个案将中药溻渍与五音疗法联合应用于一过性意识丧失患者的护理干预，以活血化瘀中药药液湿敷风池、风府及大椎等穴位，配合角调、徵调式音乐舒缓情志，连续干预7 d。干预后患者未再出现一过性意识丧失，头晕、头部昏沉等不适症状明显缓解，睡眠质量显著提升，血压、心率等生命体征保持平稳，全程未出现皮肤过敏、跌倒及体位性低血压等不良事件。该中西医结合护理方案安全可行，能有效改善患者临床症状与中医证候，可为一过性意识丧失患者的临床护理提供实践依据。

Abstract

This case report describes the integration of Chinese herbal wet compress and five-tone music therapy in the nursing care of a patient with transient loss of consciousness. The intervention involved the topical application of a blood-activating and stasis-removing herbal decoction to acupoints including Fengchi， Fengfu， and Dazhui， complemented by the Jue-mode and Zhi-mode music for emotional regulation. The combined therapy was administered consecutively for seven days. Following the intervention， the patient experienced no further episodes of transient loss of consciousness， with marked alleviation of dizziness and heaviness of the head， significant improvement in sleep quality， and stable vital signs including blood pressure and heart rate. No adverse events such as skin allergy， falls， or orthostatic hypotension were observed throughout the course of treatment. This integrated Chinese and Western medicine nursing protocol was demonstrated to be safe and feasible， effectively relieving clinical symptoms and TCM syndrome manifestations. The findings provide a practical reference for the clinical nursing care of patients presenting with transient loss of consciousness.
