摘要

探讨艾灸疗法联合综合护理干预对脑梗死恢复期继发癫痫患者肢体无力症状的临床改善效果与护理价值。回顾性分析1例脑梗死恢复期继发癫痫后出现肢体无力患者的临床资料，在常规抗癫痫治疗及基础康复护理基础上，施以规范艾灸穴位干预，配合病情监测、癫痫发作防护、肢体功能护理、情志疏导及用药健康指导等综合护理措施。干预后患者癫痫发作得到有效控制，肢体无力症状明显缓解，肢体肌力与日常生活活动能力均显著改善。提示艾灸疗法联合综合护理可有效改善脑梗死恢复期继发癫痫患者的肢体无力症状，促进肢体功能恢复，提升患者康复效果，为临床此类患者的护理提供参考依据。

Abstract

This report explores the clinical efficacy and nursing value of moxibustion therapy combined with comprehensive nursing interventions in ameliorating limb weakness in patients with secondary epilepsy during the recovery period of cerebral infarction. The clinical data of a patient presenting with limb weakness following secondary epilepsy after cerebral infarction recovery were retrospectively analyzed. On the basis of conventional antiepileptic treatment and foundational rehabilitation nursing， standardized moxibustion at acupoints was implemented， supplemented by comprehensive nursing measures including disease monitoring， seizure precaution and protection， limb function care， emotional support， and medication-related health education. Following the intervention， the patient's epileptic seizures were effectively controlled， the limb weakness was markedly alleviated， and both limb muscle strength and activities of daily living （ADL） improved significantly. The findings suggest that moxibustion therapy combined with comprehensive nursing can effectively ameliorate limb weakness， promote the recovery of limb function， and enhance rehabilitation outcomes in patients with secondary epilepsy during the recovery period of cerebral infarction， thereby providing a reference for clinical nursing care of such patients.
