摘要

本文总结1例单纯性腹型肥胖患者应用腹部推拿联合腹部拔罐技术的护理经验。患者为产后1年的年轻女性，临床诊断单纯性腹型肥胖，伴大便黏腻不爽1月。经中医辨证后，予腹部推拿联合腹部拔罐技术治疗，干预后患者体重、腰围及体质指数（BMI）均下降，大便黏腻症状显著改善。本病例为中医非药物疗法治疗产后单纯性腹型肥胖提供了临床参考依据。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the nursing experience of a young female patient with simple abdominal obesity who was treated with abdominal massage combined with abdominal cupping therapy. The patient， one year postpartum， was clinically diagnosed with simple abdominal obesity and had experienced sticky and unsmooth bowel movements for one month. Following TCM syndrome differentiation， abdominal massage combined with abdominal cupping therapy was administered. After the intervention， the patient's body weight， waist circumference， and body mass index （BMI） all decreased， and the symptom of sticky stools was significantly improved. This case provides a clinical reference for the application of non-pharmacological TCM therapies in the management of postpartum simple abdominal obesity.
