摘要

本文总结1例中医外治法联合气道廓清技术治疗肺炎的临床护理经验。采用耳穴压丸、艾灸、中药溻渍、穴位放血、点穴疗法联合气道廓清技术，并配合系统性中医护理干预，有效改善患者咳嗽、咳痰及胸闷等症状。

Abstract

This article summarizes the clinical nursing experience of integrating traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） external therapies with airway clearance techniques in the treatment of one case of severe pneumonia. A combination of auricular bean pressing， moxibustion， TCM wet compress， acupoint bloodletting， and acupoint pressure therapy， together with airway clearance techniques and systematic TCM nursing interventions， was employed. This integrative approach effectively alleviated the patient's symptoms of cough， expectoration， and chest distress.
