摘要

湿热下注型混合痔术后易出现创面疼痛、水肿等并发症，严重影响患者术后恢复与就医体验，探索安全无创、疗效确切的中西医结合护理方案对优化肛肠术后护理质量具有重要临床意义。本文选取1例湿热下注型混合痔术后疼痛患者为研究对象，基于中医辨证施治理念，以中药塌渍联合红外线照射为核心干预手段，规范落实护理评估、诊断、计划、实施及评价全流程护理工作，同步开展情志调护、饮食调护等中医特色护理措施。经综合干预，患者术后疼痛缓解、创面水肿消退且伤口愈合良好，顺利康复出院。该联合疗法操作简便、安全无创，可有效减轻术后不适，提升患者舒适度与治疗依从性，为肛肠术后中医特色护理模式的临床应用提供实践参考，值得推广。

Abstract

Postoperative complications such as wound pain and edema are commonly observed in patients with mixed hemorrhoids of damp-heat pouring downward pattern， seriously compromising postoperative recovery and the overall healthcare experience. Exploring a safe， non-invasive， and effective integrative nursing protocol combining traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） and Western medicine holds considerable clinical significance for optimizing the quality of post-operative anorectal care. This study reports a single case of a patient experiencing postoperative pain following surgery for mixed hemorrhoids of damp-heat pouring downward pattern. Guided by the principles of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment， the intervention centered on the combined application of TCM herbal collapse-staining therapy and infrared irradiation. A comprehensive nursing process， encompassing assessment， diagnosis， planning， implementation， and evaluation， was rigorously implemented， alongside TCM-specific supportive care measures including emotional regulation and dietary guidance. Following the comprehensive intervention， the patient's postoperative pain was significantly alleviated， wound edema subsided， and the surgical site healed well， leading to a smooth recovery and uneventful discharge. The combined therapy is characterized by simple operation， favorable safety， and non-invasiveness. It can effectively relieve postoperative discomfort， enhance patient comfort and treatment adherence， and provide a practical reference for the clinical application of TCM-characterized nursing models in anorectal postoperative care， thus meriting broader promotion.
