摘要

目的

总结头部推拿联合耳穴疗法在脾肾亏虚型失眠患者护理中的应用效果，优化护理方案，为临床中医特色护理实践提供科学参考。

方法

选取1例脾肾亏虚型失眠患者，在中医辨证施护指导下，采用头部推拿、耳穴疗法联合情志疏导、饮食调理及生活起居管理等综合护理措施，动态观察患者临床症状改善情况及睡眠质量变化。

结果

经过2个疗程的系统护理干预，患者入睡困难、夜间易醒、腰膝酸软及神疲乏力等核心症状得到显著缓解，随访2周无复发。

结论

头部推拿联合耳穴疗法配合综合护理，可有效改善脾肾亏虚型失眠患者的睡眠状况及躯体症状，从根源上调理先后天之本，且具有安全性高、操作便捷及实用性强的优势，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract

Objective

To summarize the nursing efficacy of head massage combined with auricular acupoint therapy in a patient with insomnia attributed to spleen-kidney deficiency syndrome， to optimize the nursing protocol， and to provide a scientific reference for clinical TCM-characterized nursing practice.

Methods

One patient with insomnia of the spleen-kidney deficiency type was enrolled. Under the guidance of TCM syndrome differentiation-based nursing， comprehensive nursing measures were implemented， including head massage， auricular acupoint therapy， emotional counseling， dietary regulation， and daily life management. The improvement of clinical symptoms and sleep quality was dynamically observed.

Results

After two courses of systematic nursing intervention， the patient's core symptoms， including difficulty initiating sleep， easy awakening during the night， soreness and weakness of the waist and knees， and mental fatigue， were significantly alleviated， with no recurrence observed during a two-week follow-up.

Conclusion

Head massage combined with auricular acupoint therapy， together with comprehensive nursing care， can effectively improve sleep quality and somatic symptoms in patients with spleen-kidney deficiency-type insomnia by regulating the congenital and acquired foundations from the root. This integrated approach demonstrates the advantages of high safety， convenient operation， and strong practicality， and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
