摘要

本报告总结1例周围性面瘫患者的中西医结合护理过程，探讨火龙罐联合中药溻渍外治方案在周围性面瘫康复中的临床护理要点与应用效果，为周围性面瘫的中医护理干预提供实践参考。患者住院期间接受改善微循环药物治疗、康复训练指导，并予针对性中医外治护理后，面部肌肉功能逐步恢复，口角歪斜症状明显缓解，未出现不良反应，顺利出院。出院后随访显示，患者面瘫症状无复发，面部表情及肌肉功能恢复情况满意，取得了良好的康复效果，值得临床推广。

Abstract

This report summarizes the integrated Chinese and Western nursing process for one patient with peripheral facial paralysis， explores the clinical nursing key points and application effects of external treatment scheme of Fire Dragon Cup combined with Chinese medicine soaking in the rehabilitation of peripheral facial paralysis， so as to provide practical reference for TCM nursing intervention of peripheral facial paralysis. During hospitalization， the patient received microcirculation-improving drug therapy， rehabilitation training guidance， and targeted TCM external treatment nursing. After that， the facial muscle function gradually recovered， the symptom of deviated mouth was significantly relieved， no adverse reactions occurred， and the patient was discharged smoothly. Follow-up after discharge showed that the patient's facial paralysis symptoms did not recur， the recovery of facial expression and muscle function was satisfactory， and good rehabilitation effect was achieved， which is worthy of clinical promotion.
