摘要

本文总结1例痰瘀阻络型缺血性中风患者应用中西医结合治疗的护理体会。基于中医辨证施护理论，在常规护理基础上联合麦粒灸、头部刮痧和中药膏摩等中医护理适宜技术，有效缓解患者双下肢沉重、头痛及腰痛等症状。通过对患者实施对症治疗与护理干预，可有效改善患者舒适度，提高日常生活质量。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience in the management of a patient with ischemic stroke of phlegm-stasis obstructing collaterals pattern who received integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment. Based on the theory of nursing care according to pattern differentiation， appropriate TCM nursing techniques， including wheat-grain moxibustion， scalp scraping therapy， and TCM herbal paste rubbing therapy， were combined with routine nursing care， which effectively alleviated the symptoms of bilateral lower limb heaviness， headache， and low back pain. The implementation of symptomatic treatment and nursing interventions for the patient effectively improved patient comfort and quality of daily life.
