摘要

本文总结1例70岁女性急性心力衰竭伴子宫脱垂、非ST段抬高型心肌梗死及原发性血小板增多症等多系统疾病患者的中西医结合护理经验。护理团队围绕心衰管理、出血风险防控、子宫脱垂护理及中医辨证施护四大核心展开干预，具体包括生命体征与病情动态监测、氧疗与呼吸支持、抗血栓治疗与出血风险监控、利尿与容量精细化管理、子宫脱垂局部创面护理、皮肤感染防控，以及中药猪苓汤加减辨证施治等。经积极治疗与护理，患者心衰症状缓解，出血风险得到有效控制，病情趋于稳定并好转出院，为同类多系统危重患者的临床护理提供参考依据。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the nursing experience of integrated Traditional Chinese and Western medicine in managing a 70-year-old female patient with acute heart failure complicated by uterine prolapse， non-ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction （NSTEMI）， and essential thrombocythemia， involving multiple systemic conditions. The nursing team implemented interventions centered on four core aspects： heart failure management， bleeding risk prevention and control， uterine prolapse care， and TCM syndrome differentiation-based nursing. Specific measures included dynamic monitoring of vital signs and disease progression， oxygen therapy and respiratory support， antithrombotic therapy with bleeding risk surveillance， precise diuresis and volume management， local wound care for uterine prolapse， prevention and control of skin infection， as well as TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment using modified Zhuling Tang （Polyporus Decoction）. Following active treatment and meticulous nursing care， the patient's heart failure symptoms were alleviated， bleeding risk was effectively controlled， and the clinical condition was stabilized with improvement， leading to discharge. This case provides a reference for the clinical nursing care of critically ill patients with multiple systemic comorbidities.
