摘要

本文探讨并总结1例外感热病后反复低热、心悸合并失眠患者应用耳穴贴压联合穴位按摩干预的护理实践。护理过程中，在中医辨证施护原则指导下，融合耳穴贴压、穴位按摩等中医特色技术，同步落实饮食调护、用药监督、睡眠管理、心理疏导及康复宣教等综合护理措施。结果显示，该护理策略可有效缓解患者躯体不适感，对其整体生活状态具有积极改善作用。

Abstract

This article explores and summarizes the nursing practice of auricular point sticking combined with acupoint massage applied to one patient with recurrent low-grade fever， palpitation complicated with insomnia following an external heat disease. Under the guidance of the TCM principle of syndrome differentiation-based nursing care， characteristic TCM techniques including auricular point sticking and acupoint massage were integrated into the nursing process， alongside comprehensive interventions such as dietary regulation， medication supervision， sleep management， psychological counseling， and rehabilitation education. The results indicated that this nursing strategy effectively relieved the patient's physical discomfort and produced a positive improvement in overall living status.
