摘要

本文总结1例高龄肠梗阻患者的中西医结合护理经验。通过深化对肠梗阻病理生理及中西医护理优势的认知，在西医对症支持治疗基础上，依据中医“六腑以通为用”理论实施辨证施护，采用穴位贴敷、中药热奄包联合电磁波治疗器局部照射等中医特色护理技术，并配合心理疏导与精细化病情观察。该护理方案可有效缓解“痛、吐、胀、闭”四大症状，加速肠蠕动恢复，提升护理质量与患者满意度，显著改善高龄肠梗阻患者的临床症状。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the nursing experience of integrated Traditional Chinese and Western medicine （TCM-WM） in the care of an elderly patient with intestinal obstruction. On the basis of a deepened understanding of the pathophysiology of intestinal obstruction and the nursing advantages of both TCM and Western medicine， pattern differentiation-based nursing care guided by the TCM theory of "the six fu organs function through maintaining patency" was implemented alongside Western symptomatic and supportive treatment. The TCM characteristic nursing techniques employed included acupoint application， hot medicated compress therapy with herbal packets combined with local irradiation using an electromagnetic wave therapeutic apparatus， supplemented by psychological counseling and meticulous clinical observation. The nursing protocol effectively alleviated the four cardinal symptoms of "pain， vomiting， distension， and obstruction，" accelerated the recovery of intestinal peristalsis， and improved both nursing quality and patient satisfaction， leading to a marked improvement in the clinical symptoms of the elderly patient with intestinal obstruction.
