摘要

本文总结1例气虚血瘀型头晕患者采用悬空灸联合头部刮痧疗法的护理体会。在常规治疗护理基础上，基于辨证分型采用补法头部刮痧疏通经络，联合穴位悬空灸温阳益气。经1周治疗，患者头晕频次、持续时间显著改善，伴随的乏力、头沉、行走不稳、头皮发紧及精神萎靡等症状明显缓解，气血运行状态改善，两种技术联合应用效果显著，患者生活质量得以提高。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of applying suspended moxibustion in conjunction with scalp scraping therapy in a patient with dizziness attributed to the Qi deficiency and blood stasis pattern. On the basis of conventional treatment and standard nursing care， and guided by syndrome differentiation and pattern identification， reinforcing-pattern scalp scraping was employed to unblock the meridians and collaterals， complemented by acupoint-based suspended moxibustion to warm Yang and replenish Qi. Following one week of intervention， the frequency and duration of dizziness were markedly reduced， with notable alleviation of concomitant symptoms including fatigue， heaviness of the head， gait instability， scalp tightness， and listlessness. The circulation of Qi and blood was substantially improved， and the combined application of the two techniques yielded a synergistic therapeutic effect， ultimately enhancing the patient's quality of life.
