摘要

本研究纳入1例88岁左半结肠癌术后气血亏虚、痰瘀闭阻证合并中重度癌因性疲乏患者，采用制吴茱萸配伍中药烫熨包，实施温度—时长双参数改良管控及规范烫熨手法，联合系统化整体护理干预14 d后，患者Piper疲乏评分由7.2分降至2.1分，腹胀、睡眠紊乱症状明显缓解，未发生不良事件，随访2周症状未复发。该改良方案贴合高龄患者皮肤特点，安全有效，参数标准化，便于临床推广。

Abstract

This study included an 88-year-old patient with postoperative deficiency of qi and blood， obstruction due to phlegm and stasis， and moderate-to-severe cancer-related fatigue following left-sided colon cancer surgery. The patient received a modified warming therapy using processed Evodia fruit combined with traditional Chinese medicine in a poultice， with improved temperature-time parameter control and standardized application techniques， along with systematic holistic nursing interventions over 14 days. After treatment， the patient's Piper Fatigue Scale score decreased from 7.2 to 2.1， abdominal distension and sleep disturbances significantly improved， no adverse events occurred， and symptoms did not recur during a 2-week follow-up. This modified approach is well-suited to the skin characteristics of elderly patients， safe and effective， with standardized parameters， making it suitable for clinical promotion.
