摘要

本文总结应用平衡火罐治疗1例脾虚湿阻型腹型肥胖症患者的护理体会。基于“子午流注择时理论”，采用平衡火罐疗法（闪罐、走罐、留罐）刺激经络与穴位，激发经气、疏通经络、健脾祛湿并调和气血。干预1个月后，患者体重、腰围、体重指数（BMI）及腰臀比显著改善，焦虑情绪减轻，未出现不良反应，生活质量提升。该方案安全有效、患者依从性高，可为脾虚湿阻型腹型肥胖的中医护理提供参考。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of applying balanced cupping therapy for a patient with abdominal obesity of the spleen-deficiency and dampness-stagnation type. Guided by the "Midnight-Noon Ebb-Flow Timing Theory" （Ziwu Liuzhu）， balanced cupping therapy—including flash cupping， sliding cupping， and retained cupping—was employed to stimulate the meridians and acupoints， activate meridian qi， unblock the collaterals， strengthen the spleen， eliminate dampness， and regulate qi and blood. After one month of intervention， the patient demonstrated significant improvements in body weight， waist circumference， body mass index （BMI）， and waist-to-hip ratio， accompanied by alleviated anxiety， no adverse reactions， and enhanced quality of life. This protocol proves to be safe， effective， and well-tolerated， and may serve as a reference for traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） nursing care of abdominal obesity characterized by spleen deficiency and dampness stagnation.
