摘要

本文总结1例气滞血瘀型胃下垂腹胀患者采用中药膏摩联合耳穴疗法治疗的护理经验。在中医辨证施护理论指导下，以通腑消滞、健脾和胃及行气活血为原则，实施规范中药膏摩、耳穴压丸、精准体位管理、饮食调护及康复锻炼。经过7 d治疗，患者腹胀、餐后坠胀及嗳气症状显著减轻，生活质量明显提升。对胃下垂腹胀患者实施中药膏摩联合耳穴疗法，效果显著，值得临床推广。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience derived from the application of Chinese herbal ointment massage combined with auricular therapy in the treatment of a patient presenting with gastric ptosis and abdominal distension attributed to qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome. Guided by the theoretical framework of TCM syndrome differentiation and individualized nursing， and adhering to the principles of unblocking the fu organs to eliminate stagnation， fortifying the spleen and harmonizing the stomach， and promoting qi circulation and blood activation， a standardized intervention protocol encompassing Chinese herbal ointment massage， auricular bean pressing， precise postural management， dietary regulation， and rehabilitative exercise was implemented. Following a seven-day course of treatment， the patient experienced significant alleviation of abdominal distension， postprandial bearing-down distension， and belching， alongside a marked improvement in quality of life. The integration of Chinese herbal ointment massage with auricular therapy in the management of patients with gastric ptosis and abdominal distension has demonstrated notable clinical efficacy and merits further promotion in clinical practice.
