摘要

总结1例阿片类药物相关性便秘（OIC）患者应用九宫揉腹联合耳穴压丸治疗的护理实践，探讨中医适宜技术在OIC管理中的应用效果。在规范止痛、营养支持等西医治疗基础上，实施九宫揉腹、耳穴压丸的中医特色疗法干预。采用疼痛视觉模拟评分量表（VAS）、便秘临床症状评分量表（CCS）及焦虑自评量表（SAS）进行量化评价；治疗14 d后，患者排便通畅，排便频率为1次/d，粪便色黄质软，疼痛、焦虑症状均显著改善。提示九宫揉腹联合耳穴压丸能够有效改善OIC症状，缓解焦虑情绪，提高患者生活质量。该方案操作简便、安全经济，值得在临床护理中推广应用。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing practice of applying nine-region abdominal massage combined with auricular acupressure with vaccaria seeds in a patient with opioid-induced constipation （OIC）， and explores the application effects of appropriate Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） techniques in the management of OIC. On the basis of standardized analgesia and nutritional support in Western medical treatment， characteristic TCM therapies， namely nine-region abdominal massage and auricular acupressure， were implemented. Quantitative evaluation was conducted using the Visual Analog Scale （VAS） for pain， the Constipation Clinical Symptom Score （CCS）， and the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale （SAS）. After 14 days of treatment， the patient achieved smooth defecation with a frequency of once daily and yellow soft stools， while pain and anxiety symptoms were significantly improved. The results suggest that nine-region abdominal massage combined with auricular acupressure can effectively alleviate OIC symptoms， relieve anxiety， and improve the quality of life of patients. With the advantages of convenient operation， safety， and cost-effectiveness， this regimen is worthy of promotion and application in clinical nursing practice.
