摘要

本文总结1例房颤合并重症肺炎患者的中西医结合护理经验。患者入院后，基于其临床症状，实施俯卧位通气联合序贯式排痰，改善肺部通气、促进痰液引流；同步开展中医适宜技术干预，缓解疼痛和焦虑；严格落实规范化抗凝药物应用管理。经过16 d的综合诊疗护理，患者肺部感染得到完全控制，后续顺利完成射频消融术，康复出院。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of integrated Traditional Chinese and Western medicine for a patient with atrial fibrillation complicated by severe pneumonia. Following admission， based on the patient's clinical symptoms， prone position ventilation combined with sequential sputum clearance was implemented to improve pulmonary ventilation and promote sputum drainage. Simultaneously， appropriate Traditional Chinese Medicine interventions were performed to alleviate pain and anxiety， while standardized management of anticoagulant therapy was rigorously implemented. After 16 days of comprehensive diagnosis， treatment， and nursing care， the patient's pulmonary infection was completely controlled， and the patient subsequently successfully underwent radiofrequency ablation and was discharged after recovery.
