摘要

本文总结分析1例腰椎管狭窄症合并重度贫血患者的中西医结合护理经验，在常规西医专科护理、病情动态监测与对症支持治疗的基础上，联合中医辨证施护、中医理疗、中医特色护理技术、针灸干预、饮食调护及情志疏导等综合干预措施。经系统干预后，患者躯体不适症状明显减轻，贫血相关实验室指标逐步改善，全程未出现不良并发症，整体康复效果良好。中西医结合护理模式应用于本病，可协同发挥干预效应，有效改善患者临床症状，提升机体状态，规避各类护理风险，该护理方案安全有效，可为同类共病患者的临床护理实践提供参考依据。

Abstract

This paper summarizes and analyzes the integrated Chinese and Western medicine nursing experience for a patient with lumbar spinal stenosis complicated by severe anemia. On the basis of routine Western medicine specialist nursing， dynamic disease monitoring， and symptomatic supportive treatment， comprehensive intervention measures were implemented， including TCM syndrome differentiation-based nursing， TCM physiotherapy， characteristic TCM nursing techniques， acupuncture intervention， dietary regulation， and emotional counseling. Following systematic intervention， the patient's physical discomfort was significantly alleviated， anemia-related laboratory indicators progressively improved， no adverse complications occurred throughout the course of treatment， and overall rehabilitation outcomes were favorable. The application of the integrated Chinese and Western medicine nursing model for this condition exerts synergistic therapeutic effects， effectively ameliorates clinical symptoms， enhances the patient's physical status， and mitigates various nursing risks. This nursing protocol is safe and effective， and can provide a reference for clinical nursing practice in patients with similar comorbidities.
