摘要

本文总结1例细菌性肺炎患者采用中西医结合护理干预的护理体会。针对患者高龄、咳嗽咳痰、气短、支气管扩张合并咯血、营养不良、低蛋白血症及误吸风险高等临床问题，采用抗感染护理、气道管理、咯血急救护理、营养支持护理联合中医特色护理的综合干预方案。临床实践表明，该护理方案可有效改善患者咳嗽咳痰及气短症状，控制咯血进展，维持氧合稳定，提高营养支持安全性，对促进细菌性肺炎合并支气管扩张患者病情恢复具有积极临床意义。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing interventions applied to an elderly patient with bacterial pneumonia. In response to the clinical challenges of advanced age， cough and sputum production， dyspnea， bronchiectasis complicated by hemoptysis， malnutrition， hypoalbuminemia， and a high risk of aspiration， a comprehensive intervention protocol was implemented， encompassing anti-infection nursing， airway management， emergency nursing for hemoptysis， nutritional support nursing， in conjunction with traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing measures. Clinical practice demonstrated that this nursing protocol effectively alleviated the patient's cough， sputum production， and dyspnea， controlled the progression of hemoptysis， maintained oxygenation stability， and improved the safety of nutritional support， exhibiting positive clinical significance for promoting the recovery of patients with bacterial pneumonia complicated by bronchiectasis.
