摘要

本文总结1例应用中药烫熨技术的寒湿泻患儿的护理体会。在中医辨证施护理论指导下，采用以中药烫熨腹部神阙穴为核心，配合饮食调护、生活起居护理及情志护理的综合护理干预。治疗后患儿腹泻症状明显改善，大便性状恢复正常，取得满意疗效。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of caring for an infant with cold-dampness diarrhea using traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） hot ironing therapy. Guided by the theory of TCM syndrome differentiation-based nursing， a comprehensive nursing intervention was implemented， centered on TCM hot ironing applied to the Shenque acupoint of the abdomen， complemented by dietary regulation， daily life care， and emotional nursing. Following treatment， the infant's diarrhea symptoms were significantly improved， with stool characteristics returning to normal， achieving a satisfactory therapeutic outcome.
