摘要

本文总结1例动脉瘤栓塞术后并发脑积水、气管切开状态、重度意识障碍患者接受脑室—腹腔分流术后的全程康复护理经验。临床采用管路标准化护理流程、四级阶梯气道管理模式，联合西医早期功能康复训练、高压氧治疗，搭配针灸、穴位点按及经络拍打等中医特色护理技术，辅以个体化重症营养支持干预。中西医结合闭环式精准护理模式可有效规避分流管相关并发症、控制肺部感染并纠正营养失衡状态，加速意识、呼吸、肢体与吞咽等多系统功能恢复进程，改善重症神经外科患者的远期康复预后。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the comprehensive rehabilitation nursing experience of a patient with hydrocephalus， tracheotomy， and severe consciousness disturbance following aneurysm embolization after undergoing ventriculoperitoneal shunt surgery. A standardized catheter nursing protocol and a four-level stepwise airway management model were adopted in clinical practice， combined with early Western functional rehabilitation training and hyperbaric oxygen therapy， complemented by characteristic traditional Chinese medicine nursing techniques including acupuncture， acupoint pressure， and meridian tapping， along with individualized intensive nutritional support intervention. The closed-loop precision nursing model integrating Chinese and Western medicine can effectively prevent shunt-related complications， control pulmonary infection， and correct nutritional imbalance， thereby accelerating the functional recovery of multiple systems including consciousness， respiration， limb function， and swallowing， and improving the long-term rehabilitation prognosis of critically ill neurosurgical patients.
