In order to be more targeted for medical industry personnel to provide literature resources, further meet the demand of professional resources, in February 2022, Beijing Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine issued "Beijing 14th Five-Year Plan for the Development of Traditional Chinese Medicine" , the key task includes： construction with original force, influence and leading force including medical record, ward rounds, case discussion, consultation, teaching plan characteristics of the capital of Chinese medicine‘five cases’ Sharing resource library" project.

Based on the bold exploration of publishing innovation mode and grasp the industry literature resources demand, Society of China University Journals  association with the Beijing Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine jointly build the field of combining “Clinical Archives of Integrative Medicine" (hereinafter referred to as the "Archives"), access to the website: www.case.jcme.net.cn.

As one of the important modules of the Chinese University Medical Journal Network, the Archives adopts the Open Access (OA) publishing mode and accepts case papers and results covering the field of integrated Chinese and Western medicine, including medical records, ward rounds, case discussion cases, consultation cases, teaching plans and other contents. In order to ensure the content quality of the cases, the Archives adopts the strict peer-reviewed publishing mode, and then the academic quality of the published cases and papers is reviewed, so as to ensure its high standard as the representative of clinical achievements. And through DOI registration and enhance the control of publishing details, standardize the content and form quality of publishing, to ensure fast, fair and valuable digital publishing.

In April 2022, by the "Founder Hongyun Academic Service Cloud Platform" to provide technical support of "manuscript editorial, peer review, manuscript arrangement, storage, full text data, clinical evaluation" for the integration of the digital platform running, through the Archives collection case papers can use the only digital object identifier (DOI) to reference, to complete peer review and the author confirmed sample manuscript, the fastest 7 days can be completed online release, ensure the case published academic and timeliness.

Through the integration of digital publishing platform and open access mode, "Archives"  provides an efficient, rich and open open reading and learning garden of integrative medicine for medical staff across the country,will strive to build a domestic "first time" for clinical workers release, sharing scientific research findings and clinical case of one of the main platform, so as to promote the open access of scientific research achievements, training, exercise and improve the level of combining Chinese and western medicine discipline practitioners of teaching, scientific research and clinical practice, and provide reference for clinical achievement evaluation and title evaluation reform.
