摘要

顽固性眼睑闭合不全发病原因多数是正气相对虚与内，头面部受风寒之邪侵袭导致经脉失养，或是七情过极，外伤、手术、中毒、代谢障碍、营养缺乏免疫障碍等因素而致本病。本文总结了通过辨证取穴运用中医耳穴贴压技术，选择口、眼、面颊、神门、肝、心、肾、耳尖等穴位按压刺激提高神经兴奋性，改善局部血液循环和营养代谢，加速1例面瘫后顽固性眼睑闭合不全患者的局部肌肉、神经功能的恢复。

Abstract

The causes of refractory eyelid closure insufficiency are mostly due to the relative deficiency of healthy Qi and internal， the head and face are invaded by the pathogenic wind cold， resulting in the loss of nourishment of meridians， or the extreme seven emotions， trauma， surgery， poisoning， metabolic disorders， nutritional deficiency， immune disorders and other factors. This paper summarizes the application of auricular point sticking and pressing technology of Traditional Chinese Medicine in acupoint selection based on syndrome differentiation. Acupoints such as mouth， eye， cheek， Shenmen， liver， heart， kidney and ear tip are selected for pressing and stimulating to improve nerve excitability， local blood circulation and nutritional metabolism. The recovery of the patient’s local muscle and nerve function was accelerated.
