摘要

本文总结了一例中药熏洗技术治疗手足综合征患者的护理体会，内容涉及了中药熏洗技术的药方组成、操作方法和注意事项，以及饮食护理、皮肤护理等，在中医辨证施护理论指导下，采取了针对性护理措施，结果通过14天护理干预后患者手足综合征所表现的疼痛、肿胀、手足脱屑、红斑等症状得到有效改善。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with hand-foot syndrome treated by traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing technology， including the composition， operation methods and precautions of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing， as well as dietary care， skin care， etc. Under the guidance of the theory of TCM syndrome differentiation and nursing After 14 days of nursing intervention， the pain， swelling， desquamation， erythema and other symptoms of hand-foot syndrome were effectively improved.
