摘要

本文总结1例口服卡培他滨后手足综合征患者行中药泡洗技术治疗的护理经验，包括中药泡洗的药方组成、操作方法、注意事项及生活护理等护理干预措施。在中医辨证施护理论指导下，采取针对性措施，患者症状明显改善。

Abstract

This article summarized the nursing measures of Traditional Chinese medicine soaking in a patient with hand-foot syndrome induced by oral capecitabine， including the composition of Chinese medicine soaking prescription， operating method， points for attention，and routine nursing， etc.Under the guidance of TCM syndrome differentiation nursing theory， the patients' symptoms were obviously improved by taking targeted measures.
