摘要

目的

探讨蔗糖铁所致静脉炎的临床治疗与护理对策。

方法

通过分时段给予如意金黄膏联合硫酸镁、喜辽妥进行药物外敷，观察患者手背肿胀及疼痛缓解情况。

结果

经护理干预5天后手背肿胀疼痛消失。

结论

通过分时段对蔗糖铁致静脉炎采用药物外敷治疗及护理干预可达到较好临床疗效。

Abstract

Objective

To explore the clinical treatment and nursing countermeasures of phlebitis caused by iron sucrose.

Methods

Ruyi Jinhuang ointment combined with magnesium sulfate and Hirudoid ointment were applied in different periods of treatment ， the swelling and pain relief of patients' back of hand were observed.

Results

After 5 days of nursing intervention， the swelling and pain of the back of hand disappeared.

Conclusion

Excellent clinical effect can be achieved by external application of drugs and nursing intervention in different periods on phlebitis caused by iron sucrose in different periods.
