摘要

总结1例术后肠系膜上动脉栓塞合并感染性休克患者的护理。护理要点包括：感染性休克的护理、“死亡三联征”的预防、引流管的护理、营养支持护理、再次栓塞的预防。

Abstract

This paper summarized the nursing management for a patient with postoperative superior mesenteric artery embolism complicated with septic shock. Efforts should be made to enhance the nursing interventions such as prevention and nursing of septic shock， prevention of deadly triad of trauma， maintenance of drainage tube， nutrition support and prevention of recurrent thromboembolism.
