摘要

总结1例督灸联合铜砭刮痧干预混合型颈椎病头晕患者的治疗及护理过程。在常规护理基础上，基于中医辨证施护理论，采取中医外治法督灸联合铜砭刮痧治疗，用眩晕障碍量表（DHI）和视觉模拟疼痛评分（VAS）来评价疗效。经过9 d干预后，患者的DHI得分由入院时的82分（重度障碍）下降至出院时的38分（中度障碍），VAS评分由入院时的6分（中度疼痛）下降至出院时的2分（舒适），患者头晕、颈项部疼痛情况明显缓解。

Abstract

To summarize the treatment and nursing management for a patient with mixed cervical spondylosis and dizziness treated by moxibustion along the Du meridian combined with Tongbian scraping. On the basis of routine nursing， external treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） was adopted by the theory of nursing by syndrome differentiation， and the efficacy was evaluated by Dizziness Handicap Inventory （DHI） and Visual Analogue scale for pain （VAS）. After 9 days of intervention， the patient's DHI score decreased from 82 points （severe disorder） to 38 points （moderate disorder）， and VAS score decreased from 6 points （moderate pain） to 2 points （comfort）. The moxibustion combined with Tongbian scraping therapy provided immediate relief from dizziness and neck pain.
