摘要

本文总结1例多学科协作救治糖尿病合并右膝巨大肿物危重患者的治疗与护理要点。通过院内内分泌血糖管理团队、心血管科、骨科多学科协作模式，对患者不同血糖波动阶段采用注射胰岛素治疗；对肿物不同发展阶段骨科给予及时清创引流治疗。每日医护查房，评估患者血糖控制情况及存在的问题，时调整降糖治疗方案。经过2 周的治疗，患者血糖平稳，避免截肢风险，顺利出院。

Abstract

This paper summarized the treatment and nursing interventions based on multidisciplinary team for a critically ill patient with diabetes mellitus and huge mass in the right knee. Guided by the multidisciplinary team consisted of Endocrine Glucose Management Team， Cardiovascular Department and Orthopedics Department， insulin injection was performed in the process of blood glucose fluctuation， and debridement and drainage were carried out at different stages of mass development. Medical and nursing rounds were conducted daily to enhance the patient's blood glucose control and evaluate existing problems， and timely adjust the hypoglycemic treatment plan. After 2 weeks of treatment， the patient's blood glucose was stable， the risk of amputation was avoided， and the patient was discharged smoothly.
