摘要

本文总结中药热奄包配合穴位按摩治疗1例脾胃虚寒型胃脘痛患者的护理体会。在中医辨证施护理论指导下，采用自制中药热奄包配合穴位按摩，能减轻脾胃虚寒型胃脘痛患者胃痛、腹痛、腹胀程度及腹泻情况，改善临床症状，减轻患者痛苦。

Abstract

This paper summarized the experience of nursing for a patient with epigastric pain of spleen and stomach deficiency-cold type treated with Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） hot package combined with acupoint massage. Under the guidance of Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing by syndrome differentiation， the self-made Chinese herbal medicine hot package combined with acupoint massage was carried out. The combined therapy of TCM is effective to relieve the stomach pain， abdominal pain， abdominal distension and diarrhea in the patient with epigastric pain of spleen and stomach deficiency-cold type.
