摘要

本文总结1例中药膏膜联合拔罐治疗2型糖尿病合并肥胖患者的护理经验。通过对患者进行科学的护理评估、护理诊断、护理计划、护理实施、护理评价，基于中医理论指导，辩证施护，开展针对性护理干预，同时做好患者的情志、饮食、运动、药物的护理，配合中药膏摩、拔罐等治疗，能够明显改善消渴症症状，有效减轻体质量，降低血糖，确保患者的生理状态，帮助患者树立积极的治疗心态，并且提高患者生存质量，延缓并发症的发生。

Abstract

The nursing report of one case of diabetes with obesity was summarized. Through the patients with scientific nursing evaluation， nursing diagnosis， nursing plan， nursing implementation， nursing evaluation. Under the guidance of the theory of traditional Chinese medicine， dialectical care， to carry out targeted nursing intervention， and completes the feelings of the patient， diet， exercise， drug care， with cream， cupping， etc， can significantly improve thirst symptoms， effectively reduce weight， reduce blood sugar， to ensure that the patient's physiological state， help patients to set up a positive treatment attitude. And improve the quality of life of patients， delay the occurrence of complications， has a high promotion should be With value. Appropriate traditional Chinese medicine technology is widely used in clinical practice and has good results. Traditional Chinese medicine ointment rubbing and cupping therapy is one of the common traditional Chinese medicine external treatment methods， which plays an important role in the treatment and rehabilitation of various diseases.
