摘要

本文总结运用中医护理技术干预1例小儿风寒泻的相关经验。首先根据患儿情况辨证分型，做好护理评估，然后根据证型实施小儿推拿、砭石灸、中药热奄包、穴位贴敷等中医干预措施，同时结合西医蒙脱石散保留灌肠和常规护理干预。中西医相互补充，互起协同作用，能更有效改善患儿的泄泻症状，减少大便次数，缩短病程。

Abstract

This paper summarized the experience of Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） nursing technology for a pediatric patient with wind-cold diarrhea. The nursing evaluation was carried out based in the syndrome differentiation and classification， According to the syndrome type， pediatric massage， Bian-stone moxibustion， TCM hot bag， acupoint application and other TCM intervention measures were implemented. The montmorillonite powder preservation enema and routine nursing interventions were also carried out. Intervention of integrated Traditional Chinese and western medicine plays a synergistic effect， which can more effectively improve the symptoms of diarrhea， reduce the frequency of defecation and shorten the course of disease.
