摘要

本文总结1例高龄消渴病患者合并急性胆胀发作的中西医护理方案。根据患者病情及症状制定集束化中医护理方案，包括：中药外敷疗法、艾灸、穴位按摩、穴位贴敷、经穴推拿、中药熏药治疗、耳穴埋豆、中医香佩疗法等中医特色护理技术。干预后患者血糖降至正常水平，胆囊炎症状好转，达到预期目标。集束化中医护理方案效果显著且无不良反应，并对患者康复具有积极地促进作用。

Abstract

This paper summarized the clustered traditional chinese and western nursing for a super-elderly diabetes patient complicated with acute cholestasis. According to the patient's condition and clinical symptoms，the clustered TCM nursing strategy was carried out，including external application of traditional Chinese medicine，moxibustion，acupressure，ACUPOINT application，massage at acupoints，Chinese medicine fumigation treatment，embedding bean in ear cavity，Xiangpei therapy of traditional Chinese medicine method and other TCM characteristic care techniques. After the intervention，the patient's blood sugar dropped to normal levels，and the symptoms of cholecystitis improved. The clustered TCM nursing strategy is an effective intervention，without adverse reactions. And it has the positive promotion function to the patient rehabilitation.
