摘要

本文总结1例中医穴位贴敷技术在支气管哮喘发作期治疗中的临床效果，分析西医联合穴位贴敷治疗支气管哮喘的特点和优势。该病例西医以糖皮质激素、支气管扩张剂和抗炎药物治疗为基础，中医辨证论治则给予穴位贴敷治疗，两者联合，同时将情志护理、生活起居护理以及健康教育等中西医护理措施综合应用，在控制支气管哮喘发作期取得了较好的效果。同时也减少了静脉激素使用量，降低了激素药物使用带来的不良反应、并发症和患者的心理顾虑，提高了患者对激素药物的敏感性，提高患者对穴位贴敷技术的认可和依从性，提高了护理人员对中医穴位贴敷技术治疗支气管哮喘的理论水平和操作水平。
