摘要

本文总结中药膏摩联合特定电磁波治疗1例老年心力衰竭患者便秘的效果和护理经验，介绍基于中医辨证配制中药膏摩颗粒、膏摩熬制、给药操作手法、注意事项以及通过电磁波联合治疗的具体方法。

Abstract

This paper summarized the experience of Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） ointment rubbing combined with special electromagnetic wave treatment and nursing management of constipation in a patient with heart failure. Through a nursing case report， this paper introduced the preparation of TCM ointment and rubbing granules according to the patient's syndrome type， the manipulation of drug administration， precautions and the specific method of electromagnetic wave therapy.
