摘要

本文总结1例开放性胫腓骨下端骨折伴糖尿病肾病行血液透析治疗患者的围手术期护理经验，包括深静脉血栓风险管理、负压封闭引流（VSD）护理、围手术期血糖管理以及健康宣教等，通过开展中西医结合多元化的护理措施，促进患者早日康复。

Abstract

This article summarized the perioperative nursing experience of a patient with open lower tibia and fibula fracture and diabetic nephropathy undergoing hemodialysis treatment， including risk management of deep vein thrombosis， vacuum sealing drainage nursing， perioperative blood glucose management and health education， etc. Diversified nursing measures combining Traditional Chinese and Western medicine were effective to improve the recovery of the patient.
