摘要

缺血性中风又称脑梗死，具有发病率高、致残率高、死亡率高的特点。本文通过对1例缺血性中风患者发病后出现的吞咽困难症状进行中医适宜技术治疗及护理调摄，包括穴位按摩、经颅磁刺激、吞咽功能训练等，总结缺血性中风患者吞咽障碍的护理体会。上述治疗及护理方法可明显改善患者吞咽功能情况，减轻患者的痛苦，使其能够自行经口进食。针对本案例方案的研究与总结对提高缺血性中风吞咽障碍的治疗效果及临床护理质量具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract

Ischemic stroke， also known as cerebral infarction， is characterized by high morbidity， high disability and high mortality. This article summarizes the nursing experience of dysphagia of ischemic stroke patients by treating dysphagia symptoms of ischemic stroke patients with appropriate technology of traditional Chinese medicine and nursing adjustment， including acupoint massage， transcranial magnetic stimulation swallowing function training， and so on. We also summarize the nursing experience of dysphagia of ischemic stroke patients， and the above treatment and nursing methods can obviously improve the swallowing function of patients， relieve the pain of patients and enable them to eat by mouth. The study and summary of this case plan has certain reference value for improving the therapeutic effect and clinical nursing quality of ischemic stroke dysphagia.
