摘要

本文总结1例腰硬联合麻醉下行肛周脓肿一次性切开根治术术后疼痛患者行腕踝针配合耳穴贴压的治疗效果及护理措施。在完善护理评估和常规护理的基础上，腕踝针和耳穴贴压能够有效缓解患者疼痛症状，且该方法具有不良反应少、安全性高等优势，患者易于接受。

Abstract

This paper summarized a case of pain after one-time incision and radical operation for perianal abscess under combined spinal and epidural anesthesia treated with wrist ankle acupuncture combined with auricular point sticking and pressing therapy. On the basis of improving nursing evaluation and routine nursing， wrist ankle acupuncture and auricular point sticking and pressing can effectively relieve patients' pain symptoms， and this method had the advantages of less adverse reactions， high safety， and was easy for patients to accept.
