摘要

本文总结1例克罗恩肛瘘术后患者行中药熏洗技术治疗的护理经验，包括中药熏洗的药方组成、操作方法、注意事项以及饮食、生活等常规护理，在中医辨证施护理论指导下，采取个性化护理措施，患者克罗恩肛瘘伤口恢复得到明显改善。

Abstract

This paper summarized the nursing experience of a patient with Crohn's anal fistula after operation who was treated with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing technology， including the prescription composition， operation methods， precautions， diet， life and other routine care. Under the guidance of the theory of traditional Chinese medicine nursing based on syndrome differentiation， personalized nursing measures were taken， and Crohn's anal fistula wound healing was significantly improved.
