摘要

本文总结1例直肠癌患者化疗后出现Ⅲ期手足综合征的个案护理。笔者通过动态评估、辩证施护、个体化的换药方案的应用，发现中西医结合的护理方案可以缓解患者疼痛，明显改善患者的生活质量。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing of a case of colon cancer patient with stage Ⅲ hand-foot syndrome after oral capecitabine. Through the application of dynamic evaluation， dialectical nursing and individualized dressing change program， the author found that the nursing program of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine can relieve the pain of patients and significantly improve the quality of life of patients.
