摘要

本文总结1例乳腺癌术后并发术侧上肢淋巴水肿患者运用耳穴贴压联合综合消肿治疗的效果及护理措施。在综合消肿治疗（Complete Decongestion Therapy，CDT）的基础上，耳穴贴压能够有效提高并维持患者淋巴水肿治疗效果，能够改善乳腺癌相关淋巴水肿（Breast Cancer Related Lymphedema，BCRL）的上肢功能，提高患者的生活质量，且该方法具有操作简单、不良反应小、安全性高等优势，患者易于接受。

Abstract

This article summarized the effect and nursing measures of auricular point sticking and pressing combined with comprehensive detumescence treatment for a case of postoperative breast cancer complicated with lymphedema of the upper limb. On the basis of CDT， auricular plaster therapy can effectively improve and maintain the treatment effect of patients with lymphedema， improve the upper limb function of breast cancer related lymphedema （BCRL）， and improve the quality of life of patients. This method has the advantages of simple operation， small adverse reactions， high safety， and is easy to accept by patients.
