摘要

本文分析耳穴贴压治疗1例急性胰腺炎合并胃肠功能障碍的干预效果，并总结相关护理经验。在完善护理评估的基础上，采用中医耳穴贴压治疗，同时加强患者心理护理、营养支持及饮食护理。中医耳穴贴压治疗能有效改善急性坏死性胰腺炎合并胃肠功能受损症状，加速达到肠内营养支持全量喂养阶段，且此项操作简洁、副作用少，值得临床推广应用。
