摘要

本文总结1例糖尿病肾病合并糖尿病足患者采用虎符铜砭刮痧干预的护理经验，包括护理评估、虎符铜砭刮痧操作的方案和注意事项、护理评价、健康宣教等。基于中医辨证施护理论指导，采取虎符铜砭刮痧技术，促进糖尿病足好转和愈合。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with diabetic nephropathy complicated with diabetic foot who was given Hufu Tongbian scraping intervention， including nursing evaluation， scheme and precautions of Hufu copper needle scraping operation， nursing evaluation， health education， etc. Based on the guidance of Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome differentiation and nursing theory， Hufu Tongbian scraping technique was adopted to improve and cure diabetic foot.
