摘要

本文总结储药罐疗法治疗1例寒湿痹阻证腰椎间盘突出症（LDH）的护理经验。中医特色护理储药罐疗法包括循经闪罐、调理走罐、辨证留罐等手法，同时配合常规护理能有效改善LDH患者症状，减轻患者疼痛。

Abstract

This article summarizes the effect of medicine storage tank therapy on the back and leg pain and lumbar function of a patient with lumbar disc herniation with cold and dampness obstruction syndrome. Under the guidance of syndrome differentiation theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine， the bladder meridian of Du and foot sun were taken and treated with medicine storage tank. The medicine storage tank therapy has obvious improvement effect on the pain of lumbar leg and lumbar function in patients with lumbar disc herniation with cold and dampness obstruction syndrome.
