摘要

报告1例卵巢癌术后由于切口脂肪液化而造成切口不愈合患者给予耳穴贴压治疗的效果和护理体会。经过对患者全身情况和局部伤口的评估，应用负压治疗技术，吸收切口渗液，预防切口感染，耳穴贴压技术能够有效的缓解患者术后切口疼痛以达到切口完全愈合。造口治疗师为患者提供全面、系统、连续的护理，结合中医技术治疗腹部切口脂肪液化疗效显著，配合针对性的护理干预，能够最大限度提高治疗效果，缩短切口愈合时间及住院时间，值得临床推广使用。

Abstract

This paper reports the effect and nursing experience of auricular acupoint sticking therapy on a patient with nonunion caused by incision fat liquefaction after ovarian cancer surgery. After the evaluation of the patient's general situation and local wound， the application of negative pressure treatment technology， absorption of incision drainage， prevention of incision infection， auricular point sticking technology can effectively relieve postoperative incision pain in order to achieve complete wound healing. Ostomy therapists provide comprehensive， systematic， and continuous care to patients， Combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment of abdominal incision fat liquefaction effect is significant， combined with targeted nursing intervention， can maximize the therapeutic effect， shorten incision healing time and hospital stay， worthy of promotion.
