摘要

本文总结1例中西医结合治疗成人隐匿性自身免疫性糖尿病（LADA）患者的相关护理体会。首先评估患者基本症状体征，结合临床化验指标，然后分析护理问题，制定护理计划，确定护理措施。根据患者中医辨证分型开展中医适宜技术：艾灸、皮内针、中药膏摩、中药塌渍结合西医联合治疗。中西医相互补充，提高LADA患者的诊疗及护理质量，促进患者早日康复。
