摘要

本文总结1例慢性肾衰脾肾气虚兼血瘀证的腰酸腰痛患者行平衡火罐联合中药封包治疗的护理经验，包括平衡火罐的操作过程、操作方法以及中药封包的药方组成等内容。

Abstract

This paper reviewed the nursing experience of a patient with chronic kidney failure of spleen-kidney Qi-deficiency and blood stasis syndrome， who suffered from lumbago and lumbar pain， treated with balanced cupping combined with Traditional Chinese medicine package therapy. It includes balanced cupping operation process， operation methods， and the composition of the prescription of the Chinese medicine packaging， and etc. After 4 days of implementation， the patient's symptoms of lumbago and lumbar paindisappeared， and the patient's blood stasis was also significantly improved.
