摘要

本文总结1例大疱性类天疱疮患者进行青黛散箍围法联合复方黄柏涂剂溻渍法的护理经验，包括操作方法、注意事项、饮食及生活等常规护理，明显改善患者瘙痒、泛发性水疱、皮损等症状。充分发挥了传统中医特色护理优势，体现了中医辨证施护的优势。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the nursing experience of one patient with bullous pemphigoid who was treated with Qingdai powder hoop method combined with compound yellow cypress paint good irrigation.The routine nursing including operation method， precautions， diet and daily life significantly improved the symptoms of pruritus， generalized blisters and skin lesions. It gives full play to the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing and reflects the advantages of dialectical nursing of traditional Chinese medicine.
