摘要

对1例难治性腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床资料和护理过程进行分析。针对患者的临床症状、负性情绪和生活质量，以中医专科护理措施隔药灸为重点护理措施。从生活起居、病情观察、用药护理、情志护理等方面制订个性化护理方案。该案例患者经积极治疗后，其疾病临床症状和负性情绪有所减轻，生活质量有所提高，提示隔药灸可有效改善腹泻型肠易激综合征。

Abstract

One cases of intractable diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome clinical data and nursing process was analyzed. According to the clinical symptoms of patients， negative emotions and quality of life， with an emphasis on nurse measures separated effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing measures. From the daily life， condition observation， medication nursing， emotional nursing and other aspects of individualized nursing plan. After active treatment， the clinical symptoms and negative emotions of the patient were alleviated， and the quality of life was improved， suggesting that moxibustion with herb separation can effectively improve the diarrhea type of irritable bowel syndrome.
